2. Service Description

Nextero allows you to:

- Browse nearby events based on your location

- Search and filter events by category

- Save events to a favorites list

- Set reminders for events

- Receive push notifications

3. Terms of Use

- The App is free of charge

- Use does not require registration or creating an account

- Users must be at least 13 years old

- The App displays advertisements

4. Event Content

Nextero aggregates event information from various sources

We are not responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, or availability of events

Events are organized by third parties — any claims should be directed to the organizers

5. Service Availability

We make efforts to keep the App running without interruption

We do not guarantee continuous availability — technical downtime may occur

We reserve the right to modify functionality

6. Liability

The App is provided "as is"

We are not liable for damages resulting from outdated event information

We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services (Firebase, Google)

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, its code, design, and the Nextero brand belong to the Service Provider.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. The current version is always available within the App.
